A. Absolutely! I can totally see where you are coming from and a great many of my students are signed artistes who are hired for their distinctive vocal style. Why would I want to change your voice? It is YOU...Your personality, your genes, who YOU are. It is about being the best YOU can be, helping you achieve your goals and dreams, working with what God has given you. What I do, is to give you the technical skills which give you the freedom to communicate with your soul!

A. The most important thing in finding a teacher is to find someone who understands what you want to achieve and who you feel totally comfortable with. It is hard enough to sing in front of a stranger, let alone if they make you feel intimidated. We have fun....the atmosphere is relaxed but highly productive. The support I give is continuous and students wanting to progress into the music industry are given a helping hand. All my students comment on how much they enjoy their lessons and how they can't wait for the next one. I have a radical approach to teaching...enthusiasm is infectious!

A. I'm a big believer in quality rather than quantity. You will improve very quickly & some students complete their training in just 6 hours! Obviously the more sessions you have in the shorter time scale, the better you'll get, but my intensive techniques produce dramatic results in a short space of time. The foundation course is fantastic & students often remark on how quickly they progress. Past students are invited back periodically for a free technique check - essential to make sure you haven't slipped in to bad habits. In short, you have sessions when you want them. No pressure EVER!

A. There is some confusion over this one and many tutors will tell you that singing teachers cover all the technical stuff and coaches only cover repertoire and interpretation. I am a modern, enthusiastic voice teacher - my job certainly encompasses solid technical development together with performance & repertoire coaching. It is about producing the whole package, not just a part of it. It is my aim to give World Class coaching, which gives you skills you can use for life.

A. Yes, we record your voice as part of your training & you are welcome to take this a step further & make your own demo CD with us. We also make clips of your vocal highlights so you can e-mail these to potential employers or put on your web site.

A. We are in Trentham, Stoke On Trent, which is in Staffordshire, UK, within easy access of J15 M6. We are just two mins from Wedgwood & the Trentham Estate & many people like to combine their visit with a trip there. The studio itself is purpose built, light, clean & modern with easy parking.

A. Due to the overwhelming high demand, there is often a long wait for an appointment. We recommend that you register with us as soon as possible & we can then update you with our latest availability.
